Holidays farm house Sant'Anna

Presentation

Sant'Anna house sits on a gentle green hill overlooking the valley of Belluno with the grand view of the dramatic Dolomites panorama for your back ground. It is a comfortable old villa recently restored and furnished in the authentic old Italian style.

Besides, we have restored other two indipendent houses,
once our "liscivera" and our "dairy".

In the old dairy of the farm-house we restored two independent and very comfortable apartments, 70 mq each composed with a living-room, a big kitchen, two double bedrooms, private bathroom with shower, outside every apartment is provided with its own paved open space and a car place, both apartments are provided with dishwasher and washing-machine.

It is an ideal location to rest up and relax for couples, families or little groups.
The cottage is located between 150 hectares of green and truly peaceful countryside.

Total availability in the old villa: 14 beds as follows.

	1 double bed-room with bathroom.

	2 apartments 60 square meters each, which can sleep up to 4 people in two twin bed rooms, with the possibility to add an extra bed if required. Each apartment is complete with one independent kitchen.

	1 large attic with two double-bed rooms, en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen are provided,

	a comfortable sitting-room to meet friends, read, relax...

	a washing machine is available.

There is ample parking in front of the house and
the lovely gardens have nice open spaces with flowers,
shady trees with surrounding green hedges of fragrant jasmine and roses.
A table tennis for the guests is available.

A little independent house (once our "liscivera") has been recently restored, at the ground floor is the combined living-room and fully equipped kitchen with sofa-bed and colour TV; comfortable wooden steps lead up to the master bedroom with the private bathroom.

The little house sits only 300 meters from the main cottage.
